Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TECHDAB LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“TECHDAB”, “we”), collects on techdab.net, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Our products, such as SIPmind, SkillSource and the Happy Aging app, have their own policies on their own sites. Data we process for clients under a contract is governed by that contract.
What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, the email address or phone number you give us, your message, the page you sent it from, and how you reached the site (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link).
When you browse: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, the referring site, country, browser and device type. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other sites.
Our host, Vercel Inc., keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser details, for a short period to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you read it in English or Russian. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no requests to Google or social networks.
Why we use it
We use form data only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal you asked for. We use analytics to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who else sees it
Messages from the form are delivered to our team through Telegram. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Our engineers work from the United States, Thailand and Brazil, so your message may be read in those countries. We share personal information with nobody else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we are talking to you, and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client and a contract says otherwise. Analytics are kept in aggregate form only.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@techdab.net and we will answer within 30 days. We do not charge for this.
California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do neither. Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom have the rights given by the GDPR and may also complain to their local data protection authority.
Children
The site is for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
