Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Happy Aging mobile application (“App”) provided by TechDab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Happy Aging is a wellness and cognitive training app that provides brain age testing, guided exercises (breathing, physical, cognitive, meditation), educational content, and an AI mentor (Eon). The App is designed for adults interested in active longevity and cognitive fitness.
2. Not Medical Advice
The App is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The brain age test measures self-reported functional markers for personal improvement purposes only. Results should not be interpreted as clinical assessments. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
3. Account
You may use the App anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier: Includes the brain age test, 8 core exercises, 4 book chapters, and 5 daily AI conversations.
Premium Subscription: Unlocks unlimited AI conversations with memory, all 27 exercises, all 17 chapters, and detailed progress interpretation.
- Monthly: $5.99 USD/month
- Annual: $39.99 USD/year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings.
5. AI Mentor (Eon)
Eon is an AI-powered mentor that provides personalized guidance based on your profile and activity. Eon's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered as general wellness guidance, not professional advice. Eon may occasionally provide inaccurate information.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
- Share your account with others
- Use the App to generate harmful or abusive content
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including exercises, book chapters, quotes, and the Eon AI system — is the property of TechDab and is protected by copyright. The book “Happy Aging” content is used with permission from the author, Dmitrii Innokentev.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from the brain age test are accurate measures of cognitive function.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on brain age test results or AI-generated advice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
